About PeptideWiki

The free, open peptide encyclopedia built on published research and real-world community experience — covering 50+ compounds with profiles, dosing tools, and discussion forums.

Our Mission

The field of peptide therapy is growing rapidly, but reliable information is scattered across obscure forums, marketing sites, and dense medical journals. PeptideWiki exists to centralize this knowledge into a single, free resource.

We believe that informed researchers make safer decisions. By aggregating clinical data from PubMed alongside community-reported experiences, we provide a complete view of each compound's mechanisms, potential benefits, and risks. Every peptide profile in our directory includes published research references, dosing information, and community discussion.

Whether you're a researcher exploring BPC-157 for tissue repair, comparing growth hormone secretagogues like CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin, or looking into GLP-1 agonists like Semaglutide, PeptideWiki gives you the data — not sales pitches — to understand what the science actually says.

Meet the Founders

Evan Hafers, Co-Founder of PeptideWiki

Evan Hafers

Co-Founder, PeptideWiki

Evan is a lifelong athlete with a passion for hockey and golf. He spent the better part of a decade suffering from chronic fatigue, brain fog, and severe joint pain — a body that simply wouldn't respond the way an athlete's should. Doctors told him he was fine, but he knew he wasn't. After over a decade of searching, he finally got his answer: chronic Lyme disease.

That journey took him to MDs, naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners, and ILADS-affiliated Lyme-literate doctors across New England. Along the way, he studied hundreds of research papers and books on chronic illness, alternative therapies, biomarkers, genotypes, and phenotypes — synthesizing everything he could find.

His career in tech and AI became an unexpected advantage. It gave him the tools to organize, analyze, and extract actionable insights from an overwhelming amount of information.

His thorough research, combined with the leverage of modern technology, brought Evan to one of the key tools in his recovery journey: peptides. Specifically, BPC-157 — which he explored as part of a broader, physician-guided recovery protocol for chronic Lyme disease.

All of this ultimately led him to build PeptideWiki as the resource he wished existed when he was sick.

Evan's goal is simple — share information about peptides that could be life-changing for others, just as they were for him.

Chris Constantine, Co-Founder of PeptideWiki

Chris Constantine

Co-Founder, PeptideWiki

After a career in professional baseball, Chris entered a new chapter in the medical device industry, working directly with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, and orthopedic surgeons in operating rooms across the United States.

Through years of experience alongside leading surgeons and healthcare systems, Chris gained firsthand insight into both the strengths and limitations of modern medicine. While surgical innovation continues to advance, he observed a growing gap in preventative care, performance optimization, and evidence-based recovery strategies.

That perspective became personal after a serious car accident led him into an intensive, physician-guided rehabilitation process. Under the supervision of a licensed MD, he was introduced to peptide-based therapies as part of a broader recovery strategy. The experience sparked a deeper interest in the emerging research surrounding tissue repair, inflammation pathways, and regenerative science.

Drawing from his background in professional athletics and clinical medical sales, Chris began studying peer-reviewed literature, mechanisms of action, and safety profiles related to peptide research. What he found was a rapidly growing field — but also widespread misinformation and a lack of clear, structured educational resources.

That realization ultimately led him to help build PeptideWiki — a research-focused platform designed to organize complex peptide science into transparent, accessible information.

Chris's goal is simple — to bridge the gap between emerging science and responsible education, helping others take a more informed and proactive role in their health.

Community Guidelines

No Sourcing

Do not ask for or post sources for peptides. This includes vendor names, websites, or "DMs".

Educational Focus

All discussion should be framed in the context of learning and sharing knowledge.

Be Specific

When logging experiences, include dosage, frequency, and duration to make your data useful for the community.
