What should you actually verify before trusting a peptide COA?

I’ve been looking into how much confidence you can actually place in a COA on its own. A report can show high HPLC purity, but that doesn't necessarily answer questions around identity, content/assay, batch traceability, or whether the document actually corresponds to the material being evaluated. When reviewing one, what do you consider the most important checks — analytical method, chromatogram, batch matching, lab verification, something else? We recently put together a breakdown of how we approach reading COAs here: peptidegrade.uk/research/how-to-read-certificate-of-analysis/ Interested in what others would add.
