BPC-157 headaches — how long do they last?
Started BPC-157 three days ago (250mcg twice daily). Getting noticeable headaches about 2-3 hours after each injection. Not debilitating but annoying. Is this normal and how long does it typically last? Should I reduce the dose?

Very normal. Almost everyone I know who's run BPC reports headaches in the first 3-5 days. Mine were gone by day 4. Stay extra hydrated — that seems to help. Some people start at 125mcg for the first few days to ease into it, then ramp up to 250mcg.
Headaches in the first week are the most commonly reported side effect of BPC-157 and typically resolve within 3-7 days. If they persist beyond a week or become severe, that's worth discussing with your provider. Adequate hydration and starting at a lower dose are both reasonable approaches.
