Finished a 12-week cycle of CJC-1295 (no DAC) 200mcg + Ipamorelin 200mcg, both injected before bed, 5 days on / 2 days off. Results: - Lost 8 lbs of fat (DEXA confirmed) - Gained 3 lbs of lean mass (also DEXA confirmed) - Sleep dramatically improved by week 2 - Skin looks noticeably better — wife commented on it without me mentioning the peptides - Recovery between workouts is faster. I can train 5x/week now vs. 3-4x before - Morning stiffness in my lower back (old injury) is almost gone Side effects: Water retention in weeks 1-2 (gained 4 lbs that came off by week 3). Occasional numbness/tingling in hands for the first few days. Vivid dreams. Overall very happy with the results. The body composition changes are moderate but real. Sleep and recovery are the standout benefits.

DEXA-confirmed results are the gold standard for tracking body recomp. This is one of the better documented self-reports I've seen. The simultaneous fat loss and lean mass gain aligns with what elevated GH levels would theoretically do. Question: did you make any dietary changes during the cycle or keep everything the same?

The sleep improvement is the most underrated benefit of this stack. I noticed it within the first week. Deep, restorative sleep. My Oura ring data showed significantly more deep sleep stages. That alone is worth the cycle for me.
